Shipping & Return Policy

Items that are small and light enough will ship via Fedex Ground or UPS at the cost of the customer. Each sale is handled by phone order only as of 5/31/22. 

Items that are too large or heavy to ship via Fedex or UPS will need to be shipped, at the cost of the customer, via freight. The customer must obtain a quote from Plycon at  (631) 269-7000 or another similar white glove pickup and delivery service. 

All items for sale on our website can also be picked up in person. 

Any items that arrive to the customer damaged in transit will be replaced or may be returned for store credit or refund.
